What is the difference between a free trial and your free tier?

During your free trial, you may activate as many displays as you wish and use all of the features of our system. When your free trial is over you may continue to use the free tier but you will need to store an active credit card in your account.

The free tier may have some feature restrictions.

How long is the free trial? When does it start?

You may try our system for free without entering a credit card for 14 days. Your free trial period starts from the moment your first display is added/activated.

What happens when my free trial ends?

When your 14 day trial ends you will need to store a valid credit card in your account to continue the service.

Once your free trial ends, your connected displays will continue to work but will display a banner message telling you that your free trial is over.

Can I extend my free trial?

We do not in general extend the free trial. If you have a valid reason for extending your trial please speak to a Platopus account manager.
